Wesley Chapel has the newest housing stock in the metro — tall two-story stucco elevations with steep pitches, arched entries, and young landscaping. With little mature tree cover, the roofline carries almost the entire display, which makes a clean, continuous line more important here than almost anywhere else in Tampa Bay.
Tall elevations need the right equipment. Two-story Wesley Chapel homes with steep pitches are not a ladder-and-a-Saturday job. Height and pitch are the two factors that most often turn a DIY attempt into an injury, and they're the main reason homeowners here hand it off.
Young trees mean the roof is the display. Newer communities have landscaping that hasn't filled in yet. Without a canopy to work with, the roofline, the entry, and the garage returns carry the display — so precision on those lines matters more than it would on an older lot with mature oaks.
Arches, columns, and entry detail. A lot of the architecture here puts its best feature at the front door — arched entryways, two-story foyers, columns, and stone accents. Lighting those elements rather than only the roof is what makes a new-build elevation look designed instead of outlined.
Newer communities, tighter schedules. Seven Oaks, Estancia, Epperson, and Union Park all fill quickly once the season starts, and the drive time from central Tampa makes route density matter. Booking with neighbors in the same community keeps scheduling flexible for everyone on that street.

One walkthrough at your home. After that we handle the design, the install, the service calls, the takedown and the storage.
Installs begin October 1 and the calendar fills in the order homes are booked. The earlier you are on it, the more say you have over your install date.
