Westchase is a deed-restricted, master-planned community, so a display has to look intentional rather than improvised. Most homes here are two-story stucco with barrel-tile or architectural shingle roofs, which need attachment matched to the surface. Design decisions get made with the streetscape in mind, not just the single house.
The tile roofs change the install. A large share of Westchase homes have barrel or flat concrete tile. Standard shingle clips don't hold on tile and can crack it. Attachment here uses tile-specific clips that hook the pan without fasteners, so nothing is drilled and nothing is left behind in January.
Uniform streetscapes reward clean lines. Because so many elevations repeat along a Westchase street, a crisp, continuous roofline reads as expensive and a sagging one reads as a mistake. Runs are measured and custom-cut to the exact footage of your fascia so there are no gaps at the corners and no doubled-back cord behind the gutter.
West Park Village has its own constraints. The village homes sit on tighter lots with front porches, balconies, and short setbacks. There the detail work — porch columns, rails, entry garland, and pathway lighting — carries more of the display than the roofline does, because the roof is farther from the sidewalk than the porch is.
Young palms and managed landscaping. Westchase landscaping is maintained rather than overgrown, which means tree lighting is a choice rather than a necessity. Where there are palms or specimen oaks in the front yard, wrapping them adds depth that a roofline alone can't produce on a flat lot.
One price, everything handled
Every Westchase display is quoted as one all-inclusive seasonal price, and that price covers all of the following. There are no per-visit service fees, no takedown charge, and no storage bill in January.

Yes. Tile roofs use clips designed to hook the tile pan rather than fasten through it, so nothing is drilled, cracked, or screwed into the roof. It's the most common roof type in Westchase and it's a routine install.
Displays are designed to read as clean and architectural rather than novelty, which is what deed-restricted communities are generally concerned about. If your village has specific timing or style rules, share them at the consultation and the design accounts for them.
Yes. The tighter lots there shift the emphasis toward porch columns, balcony rails, entry garland, and pathway lighting, since those elements sit closer to the street than the roofline does.
